Digital product
Capilens sells access to a digital decision-support report. Once a report has been generated and accessed, refund options may be limited.
When refunds may be considered
Refunds may be considered if your report was not generated or could not be accessed because of a technical failure that Capilens could not resolve.
Content disagreement
Refunds are not normally provided simply because you disagree with decision-support content, expected a clinic recommendation, or wanted medical advice. Capilens does not rank clinics, recommend clinics, or provide medical advice.
Duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged twice or there was a payment error, contact capilens@proton.me with the email used at checkout and any Lemon Squeezy receipt or order reference.
How to request support
Send refund requests to capilens@proton.me. Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, and its payment providers may also apply their own rules and processing timelines.
