What Capilens collects

• Assessment answers you submit, such as goals, concerns, timeline, and country.
• Email address if you choose to provide it.
• Payment status and order metadata from Lemon Squeezy.
• Technical and log data needed to operate, secure, and debug the product.

How the data is used

• To generate your preview and decision-support report.
• To process payment status and report unlock state.
• To provide support when you contact capilens@proton.me.
• To improve product reliability, security, and error handling.

What Capilens does not store

Capilens does not store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record and by its payment providers.

Service providers

Capilens may use Supabase for database storage, Anthropic/Claude for report generation, Lemon Squeezy for payments, and Vercel or Google Cloud for hosting. These providers process data only as needed to operate the product.

Your requests

You can contact capilens@proton.me to request access to or deletion of your data. Some records may need to be retained where required for payment, security, or support purposes.
